Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal: you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to justify it (statutory withdrawal right under Decreto-Lei 24/2014).

To start a return, contact us at support@vital-casa.com within the 14-day window. We'll get in touch to arrange collection from your address.

Collection cost: because these are bulky items, we collect them ourselves. The collection fee is €80, deducted from your refund. 

Condition of the item: please return the item in the condition you received it, in its original packaging. You're welcome to inspect and test it the way you would in a shop before deciding to keep it — if it shows more wear than that reasonably requires or the packaging is missing or damaged, we may deduct a proportional amount from your refund.

Refund timing: once we receive the returned item, we'll confirm the refund. You'll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back.

Damages, defects, or wrong item: this is separate from the withdrawal right above. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@vital-casa.com — there's no charge to you for these.
